Ok right here is what happened to my laptop ASUS K43A. I was using my laptop to open iTunes to listen to music while open VLC to run DVD and DAUM PotPlayer to watch video. Suddenly my laptop lags and the screen goes white and the laptop is super hot. The laptop turn off by then. I try to turn on but only power on, the hard disk run for a sec but didn't boot bios nor os. What exactly is the problem here?

Well, what might have had happened way maybe the fan went bad and then you damaged another component because of that. However, since you can't boot into the bios, I think you can rule out hdd for now. I would check if the fan is running or not. If that is not it, then it is something else. Something maybe blocking it also.

The fan wasn't working. I was being told by one of my friend that it might be GPU burnt but I don't think so. Cause there are some several ASUS user had almost same issues as mine but without heating.

If the fan isn't working, that will cause over heating because there is nothing cooling it. A computer part has to be cooled or else it gets really hot. so replace that fan.

Did I mention that my laptop can't boot again? I leave my laptop to cool in a air conditioned room and try to boot but no avail. I think the fan is not the issue here. Non of the hardware is running when I power up the laptop.

what happens when you overheat the engine of a car\truck, it dies. the cpu is the engine, you overheated it & now appears to be dead. give it a few hours turned off then try to turn it back on. if still not turning on then disconnect the power adapter, remove the battery, hold the power button down for a 20 count, re-install the battery, reconnect the power adapter to laptop & turn on laptop.

That is almost the same thing that my friend told me. I will get my laptop to a service to check and gather some money to get a new one.

Took it to the service center and the servicemen told me that it was a RAM clog that caused the problem. He didn't give any specific explanation, so anyone can explain it?
