Solved! Laptop Power Limit Throttling

If my laptop shows power limit throttling (on Intel XTU) does that mean it is damaging my laptop? I did manage to reduce my CPU temperatures by 10-20 degrees at the exchange of it saying power limit throttling. Will this void my warranty or limit the life span of my laptop?

It´s just throttling, this means something could be wrong with your laptop´s CPU while working. Does it throttle in idle or with which application/benchmark/stress test?
