Laptop, quality screen, under 700 EUR

Hi guys.

I'm buying a new laptop that will be used mainly for work (I'm a translator) when I'm not using my desktop system.

I'd prefer a laptop that:
- is good for the eyes (less strain on the eyes),
- is made of decent quality material,
- has an SSD or a hybrid disk drive,
- has a 15" screen,
- fits the budget of 700 EUR (750 tops).

Also, is it possible to get the IPS screen for this budget?

Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Perhaps I should narrow it down a bit. I'm looking for a laptop that has:
- an IPS display,
- an SSD drive,
- GPU is not important,
- budget should not exceed 900 EUR/1100 USD/700 GBP.

Again, any tips would be much appreciated.
