laptop ram upgrade @ 1600Mhz

hi there,
I have MSI CR620 Laptop which contains core i3 330M and 2 Gb ram. I want to install more 4GB ram. My laptop support 1066Mhz of ram. I have some questions
1. Will 1600 Mhz of ram will work in my laptop?
If yes then give me some suggestion of ram

2. Suggest me best ram 1066Mhz.
