laptop ram upgrade

I have msi CR620 laptop which contains core i3-330M and 2 GB ram. I want to upgrade my ram with 4 GB extra. My laptop support only 1066Mhz of ram . So can i use 1600Mhz of ram in my laptop? will it support to my laptop?

And also suggest me ram for my laptop which gives best performance.

It would be useless to buy 1600mhz ram. I would get something like this:

please tell me that 1600MHz of ram will support to my laptop? because price is less of this type of ram and also i can use it in other laptop also. and if support then which is best for me.
