Laptop replacement (SBC or PC Stick?)

Hi,
I have a tiny Netbook (Lenovo S-103 : 10 inches, CPU Atom) which is currently using. For Email, Normal WebSuring, Low Quality YouTube is good but for further little 720p or upper video ( Youtube or Video files) are so Slow. So I like to change to SBC or TV Stick but i don't know which is good or how to compare them. There are some list i interested,
SBC
- Udoo Quad
- Odroid XU4
- Raspberry Pi 2
TV Stick
- Intel Stick ( Ubuntu )

Purpose
- High Quality Video ( Stream or Files )
- Ubuntu or Android OS ( Windows.... no thank u.)
- Web Develop and Blog ( Wordpress, PHP, MySQL/SQLite)
- Social Apps ( FB, Gmail, chats..)
- Some Light weight games.....etc
Someone can advice which will better to use or if more better things still left pls do tell me.
