I have a lenovo y700 AMD fx8800p with pre-installed windows 10 on it.
It suddenly restarted on it's own, when it turned back on it offered to restore so i did.
Restore is finished and it's installing back windows but mid installation the laptop restarts.
Now every time I open it stops on the loading window and restarts.
Thank you

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << just a boot disk

Was this a system restore or a reset? Odd it offerend a restore after a restart?

If there is anything on laptop you want to save, try http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

resets seem to go wrong too often, you can try it again or just fresh install win 10 using that USB

Reset:
change boot order in BIOS so USB first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose reset this PC
can either save files/settings - though after a messed up reset, that may not look good, Or wipe it all...

Either choice, win 10 will restart and reinstall itself again... hopefully without a restart. It is meant to restart a few times but clearly it went wrong

Fresh install:
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
Follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

Sounds like a damaged Boot Manager. Would recommend that you try a fresh installation of the OS again.

Once you're up and running I'd recommend that you back up your system immediately. Either a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. RollBack Rx)

if you let it reset a few times it should go into automatic repair. after this it will offer advanced options - choose this
this next menu might have reset this PC on it so you can do it from there. It may not work though as if it restarts like last time it will get stuck again. Worth a try though.
