laptop running very slowly

Hi guys, I have a MSI laptop GE60 with i7-4700 8GB memory GTX 765M 128SSD and 1TB HDD. I cannot even run dota2 and csgo due to extreme lag. I've tried resetting to factory settings and it's still the same please please please help me

Have you checked your power profiles? It might be set at power saving when you want maximum performance.

The power profile has been the recommended settings,

could it be that my hard drive is failing?

I've tried resetting to factory settings and dowloading the games to the SSD and check power settings and it's still the same please please please help me.

have you tried to reinstall your graphic drivers? Try using DDU for it, it will remove old drivers completely, after that you can install the newest drivers.
Also, the mobile i7 is good for gaming, but the GTX 765m will not let you play all games at the highest settings.
