Question Laptop Screen All-Black Except For Bar At Top

Hello,
My laptop monitor is all black except for just a bar at the top.

Notes:
-I can still interact with the programs on screen, I just can't see them
-my second monitor functions fine as per usual (I can drag a program from the all-black laptop display onto my second monitor)
-I did try opening up my laptop and checking out the RAM and whatnot, but nothing seemed off

Laptop Model: ASUS TUF Dash F15

Specs:
-11th Gen intel Core i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz
-GeForce RTX 3070
-16 GB of RAM from Samsung

If you still have warranty, RMA the laptop. While an external monitor is working, most likely the LCD panel ist faulty or the flexible cable is defective or not plugged in correctly anymore.
