Solved! Laptop Screen doesnt turn on untill I press the 9 or 6 key on the numpad.

I'm using the Acer Predator Helios 300. The screen turns on for a brief moment after the power button is pushed showing the Predator logo. But after that it just goes blank. When I keep pressing the 9 or 6 key on the numpad, the screen turns on and off until it turn on for good. The laptop keyboard doesnt work after this point except for the 9 and 6 keys and I have to use a USB keyboard. Sometimes,the airplane mode gets triggered randomly. The track-pad also gets disabled automatically. Is this a keyboard issue? Please help.

disconnect the integrated keyboard and try only using it with the external keyboard
