Laptop screen suddenly shuts off and computer freezes after a few minutes of use. Actually, 2 days back water is spilled on it.

Turn off your laptop, unplug it from ac power adapter, remove it's battery if removable, and take it straight to a "friendly" computer repair shop. Get an estimate for diagnosis and repair first as the repair cost (might involve full disassembly/ cleansing of laptop internals) might be higher than getting a new or used laptop unless you have data you'd like to recover usage of your laptop or at least recover personal data which could run cheaper than rescuing laptop as a whole.
