Laptop shutdown at startup

I have an acer aspire laptop
(Windows 8.1,4 GB ram,320 GB hard disk,Intel p6200 processor)
which shut down randomly while booting up.

This happens when acer logo shows up at start-up,once windows logo comes there is no problem.
Shutdown does not happen everytime but one thing i have noticed is after failure in booting when i tilt laptop screen laptop boots up that time.

Windows uptime is 13 days even there has been more than 20 failures in startup.
Why this is happening?
Is it software or harware issue?

if it is that new then take it back. it could be something that should be fixed/replaced under warranty.

Its 2 years old laptop.I opened the laptop and screw of one of the display hinges was loose ,i have tighten up the screw and now the laptop is not shutting down and working perfectly.
But thank u anyway............
