i have samsung notebook np300e5v.
laptop shutdown when the battery reaches 50% or some time 20% percentage not fix on its shuts down.after shuts down when re plug the charger battery charging starts to 0%.batter is new purchased 15 days ago

Sounds like a bad battery. I would take it back and have them exchange it for a new device.
