laptop shuts (sleep) down by itself

why my laptop shuts down (sleep) by itself then i can turn it on like nothing happens whenever i play a game or maybe just browsing..etc my laptop is new i bought it 4 months ago and it's doesn't heat not a fan problem i'm sure about that temperature is 50 or 70 max. your suggestions are appreciated

(Edit) I believe it's a power option problem what should i set my power option plan for high performance without overworking the cpu and fan...etc ?
