Laptop shutting off in exactly 30 mins

Hi I just done factory reset on Toshiba Satellite I5 cpu 4gb ram and now shuts off every 30 mins exactly and have done advanced power options and not that plz help guys/gals as deseperate as good laptop on windows 10 pro

I have to press power button to start up and login

Thanks for your time on this as don't want to waste a really good spec laptop I really want find solution :(

Well, I will help all I can. This is just a very strange problem. So you went through all the advanced power settings? There are two screens of them.

Also, does this happen with your AC adapter plugged in and/or not? Does your battery charge correctly?

If you have done a factory reset already, that means the Windows install is brand new. So I wouldn't think the issue would be something directly in Windows.

I think we should start thinking hardware related. Does your laptop have one RAM module or two?
