Yeah HD 4000 is a meager GPU. You might be able to run 800x600 or 800x480 (16:9) if it supports it at low settings. But I wouldn't expect much from an old integrated GPU.

Well when I looked up the Intel Graphics HD 4000 Just Cause 2 on YouTube I found a video with practically the same specs as me and it didnt lag at all. Im fine with a little bit of lag but for me whenever I want to move theres like a 1 - 2 second delay and everything is like 10 - 15 fps. Im fine with 23+ fps.

If Just Cause 2 wont work on my laptop do you have any low demanding but still fun games? I will be getting a gaming PC in a couple of months though :)

WIll these specs be able to run new games at 30 fps with medium - high settings?

Your gpu is quite weak which would explain the lag. Also the amount of ram is very low. Upgrade it to 8 as this is the min that most people say is needed for gaming.

Also what is the temps while gaming?
