Laptop stuck on blinking underscore

My laptop is stuck on the blinking underscore this problem occured yesterday. And before this happend its updating my windows (Windows 10).. It runs ok that time... I want to fix it because I do more work to do.. Thank You

You need to boot up your Windows installation disk/stick and enter repair mode. You need to perform a System Restore. After it's done, you will be able to boot your windows again.

Houston, you have a problem. did win10 come preloaded on the laptop or was it an upgrade from an earlier version of windows? what is the make & model# of the laptop?
