Laptop stuck on hp restoring previous windows version

My lap top was updating and it was at 75% but I turned it off and then when I tried to turn it back on it keep on loading the hp screen and attempting to recover installation and then it says restoring your previous version of Windows how do I fix this plz help

Fastest way would be to restore your latest full backup.
Without one you have 2 choices. Let it run and keep trying or perform a factory restore.
Hopefully you didn't damage the harddrive when you forced the HP off.
