Question Laptop suddenly completely died

Was using my laptop Hp dq 14 1039 while charging when suddenly it powered off and now it wont even start. It also doesnt show charging led indicator anymore. Its barely been few months when i got the laptop.Would really appreciate help.

Hello Abdul,
It can be probably because of two reasons

1. Laptop motherboard got dead, or
2. Problem with power

Basically issues seem to be with the hardware
Still, you can try

1. Removing your battery and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
2. Connect the power charging cable
3. Insert the battery again and try to turn on

OR else you can submit to the service centre as you mentioned it's few months old
In case if its under warranty.

Thanks for the reply mate. I am afraid i wont be able to battery thing since its unremovable. If the motherboard failiure is due to a power surge , my warranty wont work unfortunately. Thanks for the help though !

Also must i add that i didnt smell any burning when it had happened...
