Hi, I'm looking to get a laptop for my son for uni work & video editing. Would the following specs be sufficient, bearing in mind we have a low budget! Processor (CPU) - Intel Core i3 Dual Core Mobile i3-4100M 2.5ghz 3MBp
Memory (RAM) - 8GB Kingston SODIMM DDR3 1600mghz 1x8GB Graphics Card - Intel HD graphics Media Accelerator 4600 Hard Disk Memory - 750Gb WD Scorpio Black WD7500BPKX SATA 6gb/s 16MG CACHE 7200 rpm

these specs should get you along (not the best of course but will be fine for video editing although it may get tiresome for him if he has to render videos alot but if waiting for videos to render isnt a problem then great)

Thanks - that helps! He's used to waiting to render videos on his old laptop, which didn't have the memory or hard disk this one would have, so hopefully that shouldn't be too much of an issue! Any other suggestions?
