My budget is 2500-3500 (with taxes + shpping incuded!)

I need a Laptop as I'm moving to a College Campus and I want to use it for everything. Gaming, Work, you name it. I'm aiming for something that can handle next-gen gaming. (from 2016 releases and onward for a few years.)

+1 if it has a 17 inch display

If it can run DA:I, GTA V, Rise of the Tomb Rider at 60 fps, I'm happy.

Any suggestions?

I mean, ultimately, the cheaper the better, but that's my budget and going over 3000 makes me irk a little.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

unless your're talking about 60fps@4k, any laptop with a GTX1070 should be able to hit 60 in most games on ultra settings (save a few poorly optimized ones). Check the link below for a detailed analysis :

Here's a few laptop suggestions: (i left out a few cheaper options as those had 15 inch screen)

They are more or less on par w/on another specs wise. Price wise Sager's a bit cheaper...

This one from Sager as well but has a 120Hz screen, if you're interested in that

this might interest you if you're looking for a 4k screen. it also comes with a faster CPU

Lastly if you want to future proof it a bit better, here are the options with GTX 1080 (all under $3k)

If you noticed, there's almost a $1k price difference b/w the entry level 1070 laptop and an 1080 one. Personally, i don't believe the performance gap b/w the two (1070 and 1080) is significant enough to justify it.

hope it was helpful.
