Question Laptop Touch/ Pen not working properly

Hello,

I got problems using my active Pen (HP Pen (1MR94AA)). It often doesn't react when my hand touched the screen and is just overall not working good. I already set the touch sensitivity to low in WIndows Settings (Was on medium by default), so the touch wouldn't register the hand I thought, but i still have the same problems. Over this link you can find a 11 second video, in which I try to draw a straight line, while the hand i use the pen with, rests on the screen https://streamable.com/35gfwx. I am thankful for any advice on how to improve or fix this.

Don't rest your hand on the screen when using the pen.

Well it's supposed to work while I have it on the screen and works on the way cheaper Laptop of my GF as well. Thx for the helpful reply tho...
