Laptop turns on then shuts down automatically. But fine on second time

I have a Dell inspiron 3521 laptop, recently for some reason it started to shut down during boot on Windows logo but on the second turn on it runs very well. I just did that and until this moment it runs fine on the battery. The situation happened on battery and on charger. I can't recall anything abnormal happened recently or a user did something to laptop. What things can be the reason ?
I did some research and I found out few things can do this, MB/CPU problem, HDD, or overheat problems but the laptop's location is air-conditioned very well.

Check the temps when you are running idle whith a temperature monitor like this one:
http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

Your fan might have broken down, in that case the laptop shuts down automatically to prevent heat damage.

the temperature of both cores is around 47C. I don't have any problem with the fan. Its only during first boot up that this happens, on next boot up its fine

I Have the same exact problem on my dell vostro 3560 laptop.Any luck fixing it?
