Laptop under $600 CAD (quick help)

Hi guys. My mothers laptop is basically starting to get very slow, loud and the keyboards spacebar no longer works. I am looking to pick something up for her for under $450 Canadian from ncix.com. She tends to browse the net, watches youtube videos, skype and play facebook games. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

PS. Looking for nearby stores such as canadacomputers / ncix.com or dare i say, bestbuy.

Try to find a core i3 with min. 4 gb ram.

I recommend an asus or dell laptop.

I'm hoping for something that can last her 4 + years at least. We are also fond of windows 10. The dell is quite good for her needs. Does it need to be portable or is it a drt. Also does resolution matter?
