Question Laptop went haywire after failed update

As the title says the laptop started having a monitor problem after a windows 7 update failed the model is Toshiba Satellite L550-11C the monitor starts the moment you start it https://ibb.co/7Sr0CT0

Can you enter safe mode? If so restore your pc before the update. Turn auto update off.
You should be good to go.

I did after it started doing that mirror image but still the same the moment i power the laptop
