Laptop: Which is best for my needs?

I'm interested in these three laptops. I was wondering which of the three would be better as I only need them for general day to day use (uni work and netflix/movies and music). Gaming isn't really as important, just daily usage.

your positive you want windows 8? Anyways, I would probably go with the Acer Aspire V5-551 or the Hp 250 G1,

The acer has more cores, And more ram, But, a smaller battery. and, i dont know much about AMD graphics... Although that card seems good for what your doing. and, the CPU has a lower speed... So, either one of two would work.

You could also look around for dells. There quite good for everything... but, a little more expensive...

I know that the CPU is clocked slower, but it's Ivy Bridge. Would this be worth considering as well?

Honestly, I wouldn't go with this one, I would go with the other two we said... Much better...
