laptop wich runs csgo at least 64fps

Can anyone help me find a cheap laptop wich runs at least 64fps (budied is about 350 euros) only shaders have to be high but others can be low.

Look for a used system with a 940m video card, that should be about in that range. CS GO has pretty low requirements to run, but if you want to stay at 60fps you should have a system with decent specs, not a low end system.
