Solved! Laptop will not start

Hi all i am using laptop Acer Aspire 4551G.
I am facing some booting issue.
I am able to turn on the laptop but it will not boot.
Current issue is that the laptop is running without OS, but it will not even display.
The power indicator shows that it is on but there is no display.
There is no sign of hard disk light blinking, when it is "on".
I tried removing battery and holding onto the power button to release electrostatic. It did not work.
I tried removing the ram, there is also no beeping. I tried taking out every part and clean it did not work too.
I am out of ideas on how can i troubleshoot this problem.
Since it is running without OS, it should at least show on the screen that it does not have an OS.
**I CAN ON THE LAPTOP IF I FORCE SHUT DOWN AND START AGAIN, BUT I WILL I HAVE TO DO IT MULTIPLE TO "BOOT" THE LAPTOP.
Can anyone help?

Sounds like a bad motherboard.
