Laptop won’t turn on? (Black screen, slight fan noise, power light goes on and off)

Ok so I’m pretty sure I messed up bad. I have a HP Envy 15t x360 aq200. After a bios update (just bought this laptop) I noticed some issues. I tried to roll the update back, or repudate it, by holding the Windows key + b then holding the power button.

The laptop turned on then off a few times then nothing happened. When I tried to power it back on, nothing happened.

Now when I try to power the laptop back on, all I get is a black screen, the fan starts briefly for a second, then stops. Power light stays on for a few, then turn off. Then it turns back on.

It’s stuck in this loop.

Windows key + b won’t even work anymore and doesn’t power the laptop on

Did I just “brick” this laptop?

It doesn’t have a removable battery if that matters at all.

Thank you for any help / advice

Your laptop should have a removal battery. I cannot seem to locate where your jumper pins on the motherboard, but that will be your best bet if the BIOS upgrade caused this. How old is the laptop? If there is still a warranty, trying this for yourself will certainly void that.
