My laptop was getting really slow and I decided to factory reset it , when it was done it went straight to windows update, that was when my cousin hit the power button, the laptop went off and I turned it back on immediately,I got a message that says "windows update was not completed,system needs to restart.i got the restart button and after restart I get the same message.
I tried to troubleshoot but it said I don't have an administrator account so I can't do that .
Pls reply if you know what I can do .
It's a Acer laptop.
