Laptop wont boot from any device.

So I am trying to make my old laptop either run as a server or format it to be a Ubuntu laptop. The only problem is that after 2 days of messing with the bios and it not wanting to keep the boot order i gave it I decided to stupidly disable the 3 default windows boot options, thinking that it would allow either the CD or USB to work and load DBAN. Sadly all this has done is not allow any boot to happen. I have a Samsung laptop running windows 10 and have been trying to find a way to open a bios to fix the problem but cant find a way. I was wondering if there was a way to open a bios menu, or fix the boot?

You said you were in the BIOS making changes, so why can't you now get into the BIOS to change what you did?
