Laptop Won't Boot WHATSOEVER

Heres a video of what happens and I've tried different known working hardrives too and still wont boot. It's somethig with the PC itself..

go to the bios and made default settings the system do not see the drive boot ini also this drive have the hp oem os on .

Not HP OEM and did that all.. Didn't work🙁 BTW I HAVE AN HP COMPAQ 6715B

been looking at the system specs and it was made to work with a sata and you try to use a ssd so you will have to check in the bios to see if it could work with or try a sata drive in .
