I openned my laptop as usual which is with removed battery, only depending on power supply. So as i was plugging my earphone, i accidentally plug in to the wrong hole, the usb port. I heard static sound and suddenly the laptop display goes off. I tried turning it off & removing the ac cord, then turn it on back on. But the display still won't show up! So i tried google, i did the remove battery (where i put back my battery, turn on the laptop, & remove the battery) while it's still on. Then put it again back in. Still doesn't work. I'm not capable of screwing the back i'm afraid i might cost it more trouble. So what should i do, beside sending it to repair and let my money go to waste. I'm really broke rn. Help meee

First try this.

Turn off the laptop. Connect an external monitor. Turn on the external monitor and then turn on the laptop.

Can you see on the external monitor?

If yes, then the attached display is the issue. If no, it still shows nothing on the external monitor, then your graphics card/GPU is probably fried and needs replacing (which may require the motherboard be replaced).

If you feel comfortable opening it up (which your post sounds like you don't) you could try doing the work yourself, otherwise you would need to get it repaired.

Check and see if it is still under warranty. If it is, then I would contact the manufacturer as you may get the repair done without cost, or little cost, to you.
