Laptop wont turn on with only AC power

I have the laptop open after using it the night be for fine i put it on charge. In the morning i go to turn it on and it wont turn on.
I tried removing battery, hard drive and ram then using AC only however doesn't show ANY sign of life is there a problem i could fix?
My laptop is the Dell M3800

Hi,

Please do try these other troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- Again, remove the battery if it will still not boot up then connect just the AC adapter and see if it will boot up normally.
- Do also try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if it will boot up or not.
- If all these will not work then the problem lies in the motherboard itself.
