Hello and welcome to the forums :)
First of all,i edited your post because posting e-mails aren't allowed in forums
That looks a great choice however the HDD is slow and has low capacity(you can upgrade it though)
How much do you want to spend ?

Sorry to keep spamming but i can upgrade the hardrive for an additional 20 british pounds from
160GB SERIAL ATA II 2.5" HARD DRIVE WITH 8MB CACHE (5,400rpm)
to
250GB SERIAL ATA II 2.5" HARD DRIVE WITH 16MB CACHE (7,200rpm)
will that make much difference?

Between 620M and 720QM,i would go for 720QM because many apps especially CPU intensive apps such as image/video editing and also some games benefit from 2 extra cores.
As for HDD,if 250GB is enough for you, then going from a 8MB 5400RPM to a 16MB 7200RPM will give you a good boost in speed.
BTW,how much screen size do you need ?

Yeah i will :)
Also i noticed your a Moderator of Toms hardware i have a website that would help you alot with peoples questions http://www.notebookcheck.net/Notebook-Laptop-Reviews-and-News.48.0.html this site has a list of every single mobile chipset and cpu's with laptops and they have like a benchmark for every mobile chipset on all the new games like MW2 NFS Shift and of course Crysis. So if you ever have any people asking what FPS/ and if there laptop can handle the game you should use that website it's really good. Thanks again for your help
