The model of my friend's laptop: Asus F560UD-BQ055T
Note: The graphics card is GTX 1050 and it is the Render Only Type device. Driver is up-to-date

He had forced it to use High Performance in the NVIDIA Control Panel but still poor performance
E.g: He tried using FurMark => Min FPS: 20, Max FPS: 45
A normal gameplay of Fortnite (I'm sorry), VSync ON, FPS shows 60 but stutter gameplay

He also set Power Option to High Performance as well as plugging in the charger. Sadly, no change.

Is there anyway to fix this? Answers are really appreciated!

Solution
Has he tried altering the graphics options for the game in the Nvidia Control Panel?

It's probably a good idea to leave Vsync on for the laptop.

You can get quite a bit of difference within those control panel options.
