Laptop's Keyboard Backlight Doesn't Work

Hello everyone, I have encountered a problem and I hope to fix it ASAP. I have a ASUS Zenbook UX303LN and the keyboard's backlight will not work. The whole keyboard lights up upon startup and the power key's backlight remains on, but even if I try to adjust the keyboard's brightness, it will not respond. Does this have to do with a driver or anything? Any assistance is very much appreciated.

Is there a function (FN) button? If so, hold it and find what appears to be a light feature...

Function key is next to the Windows button. I think try holding the Function Key and the space bar at the same time.

Yes, I've tried using the function keys. They don't work. And my laptop is actually a Asus Zenbook UX303LN, which is quite different from the UX305 series.

Having same problem here, after updating windows. ATK package is updated but when I try to light up keyboard with function kes it says keyboard light is off.

Uhhm sitting in the dark right now. Looks like it really is just the light sensor disabling it. Just turned on.
