Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone can help, I just encountered a problem where my laptop's battery has depleted by 40% while powered off (not in sleep or hibernate mode).

As per below, it was powered off at 100% and then power on around 24 hours later and it was down to 59%. Then It used 10% of battery in 20 minutes normal usage.

Details from Battery Report as follows (forgive formatting):-
Date Time State Source Capacity Remaining
2016-02-17 00:04:10 Suspended 100 % 32,049 mWh
13:12:41 Active Battery 100 % 32,049 mWh
13:24:04 Active AC 100 % 32,049 mWh
13:54:28 Suspended 100 % 32,049 mWh
13:55:09 Active AC 100 % 32,049 mWh
14:25:01 Suspended 100 % 32,049 mWh
16:41:07 Active AC 100 % 32,049 mWh
16:41:07 Suspended 100 % 32,049 mWh
2016-02-18 18:55:10 Active Battery 59 % 18,951 mWh
19:17:00 Report generated Battery 49 % 15,732 mWh

The device is a Cube i7 Stylus, and has been working ok up until yesterday.

I have not installed anything other than Windows updates in that time.

I have seen some people resolving the issue by downgrading to an older version of Intel Management Interface (v 9.5.x.x) but I am unsure what version to download (or where to get it). Any pointers?

The Processor is a Core M 5y10.

Any thoughts gratefully received!

Thanks,

Jason.
