Launcher Error on TCL TV

Please help launcher error keeps on poping but the TV is still working. Local Technician told us that it is a virus that infected the main board therefore it needs to be replaced. TCL TV is still functioning but I can't go to "Home" button because of the error.

try to go for factory reset first and kindly let us know which tv model you have.

The TCL Model is LE46E5500F3DE. I tried to search the factory reset based on its user manual but I can't find it under settings-system menu. Suppose to be located when I press the home button but the "Launcher Error" appears every time I do it.
