I think it isn't pagiarism because the text was put into a court decision. It is simply a judgement, probably who the author is doesn't have any relevance to the judgement and that's all.
Apart from this, the argument that the software didn't warn the human is totally laughable. Poor country, it has some beautiful landscapes though.
 
Wanna know what is even more sad? We're all just gonna let it happen and not do anything about it. THAT IS WHAT THEY EXPECT, AND WHY THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT.
 
Del Castillo should resign, along with the justices who concurred with him and cleared him. Resignation is the best legacy the Corona Court can give the country
