LE OLED 65 curved....what seems to be pixleated

I'm not describing it right in the title but, i just bought the lg oled65b6p, curved and FKN awesome...i mean awesome.

So this is my first TV in 15 years, I've always used my laptop to watch movies, TV and other things or work with my bigger com screens.

Ok, so i am streaming video from online and notice when there are fast moving action scenes going on i get a digital blur if you will , it only happens to the back ground.

EXAMPLE: when someone is running and there is a car to the right of them that is parked, i see the person running fine, the car (that is still) is slightly digitally blurry.

That the case of the streaming video or the way OLED 4K HDR Smart TV thing ?

IT is very very small, when i pause the scene , it's not there.

Yup, seems to be wide spread, maybe a software fix.
