Left shift, tab, numbers, 1,3,5,6,8,] not working

Hello, my Left shift, tab, numbers, 1,3,5,6,8,] Ive tried troubleshooting but it just said that there were no problems detecte

Laptop I am assuming?
I had 2 keyboards fail on my laptop, third one started to go but I discovered that the connection to the motherboard was loose. Reseating it with a little bit of tape on it to keep it in place fixed it.

i've checked all about the hardware but there's no loose. in internet says it's all because of drivers, but i've reinstall driver and still problem
