You have Misinformation in your legalshield product. I've had the service for years and the premium monitors ALL three bureaus and is the only service that has full restoration, which is most important if you're a victim. They use licensed investigators from Kroll to resotore not customer service people.
Complete hack job why the service actually does. You obviously did no homework but accepted a check from Lifelock.
You have been horribly misinformed. This LegalShield product monitors all three credit bureaus and in the case of an incident a licensed investigator, from Kroll, will be assigned to restore the victims identity back to pre-theft status.
There are also other benefits, were you aware that $29.99 covers 2 adults and up to 8 children?
Did LegalShield ID Premium offer scores and reports from all three credit bureaus? Or did it simply "monitor" all three? The company website states that "Members have access to continuous credit monitoring through TransUnion only."
The 3- credit bureau service is a legacy service. The current monitoring service uses Experian. It includes education, consultation, proactive and reactive monitoring, restoration and a password vault. An individual plan is $9.95 and family plan capable of monitoring 2 adults and up to 8 minors is $19.95/month. We have had the service for years, the excellent help when there are issues with our identities, and peace of mind.
