Thank you for your information. Yes, everything else connects easily to my router. Now I understand better that it is either the Lenova hardware or software that has the glitch. I will re-try updating the software, it has been a while since doing that step. Supposedly my device passes some remote pinging test that ISP tried. Its crazy, but made my "'laptop" a virtual desktop,
