lenovo amd laptop

Hi guys, new poster here.

I purchased a new laptop and it arrived today. It's mainly for University work but i'd also like to play league of legends on it sometimes.

My laptop is a lenovo, with an amd a10 processor and a (weak) dedicated gpu.

When I go into the amd catalyst control panel and press gaming, it asks me if i would like to use the 'amd radeon (tm) r6, or the global graphics amd r5 m430, or the global overdrive, amd radeon r5 m430. Which one should I select for league of legends?

I am assuming one of them is the dedicated gpu, and the other the cpu, please could you advise how to set this up

also, if anyone would be so kind as to tell me how i make sure league of legends uses the graphics card.
