Question Lenovo Flex won't boot

Lenovo Flex 2-15 running Windows 10 recently shut down suddenly. Upon attempted restart the keyboard back light began flashing . Tried static discharge with power cord and without. Reset via the Novo pinhole.
Now when I power on, fan comes on low, keyboard light fades out, fan comes on high, screen is black. Same scenario with or without charging cord.
Replaced HDD, attached external monitor, reset CMOS, charging adaptor putting out 20.3 V.
Out of ideas....help!

Sounds like the motherboard is bad, a drive swap does not fix these types of issues. Maybe try swapping the RAM slots around, don't know if those models have more than one model or even swappable RAM. If the RAM is soldered then next step would be a motherboard swap, hopefully it's in warranty since motherboards for recent systems are not cheap.
