Lenovo G400S wont boot bios

I decided to do some stuff with my Nvidia control panel but I noticed none of the settings were there. I have the latest drivers and still nothing. I read somewhere that disabling integrated graphics will fix this so I did. Now whenever I try booting only the power LED turns on and not the screen. I've tried removing the CMOS battery but no results.

How did you disable the intel hd gpu?

There was an option to do so in the Bios, I also switched the Primary Display to PEG.
Note I currently have a gt 720m
