Lenovo g50-45 lcd issue help?

There's cracks underneath my screen and white lines forming on the display on startup where the cracks originate. I think it's the LCD but I'm a little wary about ordering parts before I'm sure. What parts would I need and is it a fix I could take on with not too much experience?

You may just need a basic computer knowledge in order to replace the screen yourself.
