Question Lenovo idea pad grinding on startup

I have a Lenovo Idea Pad running Windows 10. It was running slow and freezing constantly so I reset it to factory. I’ve used it all morning, I’ve even rebooted it several times and it’s worked great but earlier I opened it to find a black screen. It was on, the screen was just blank. I held the power button until it shut down. I let it sit about 15 minutes and then powered it back on. The screen stayed black for a long time. It took it almost 10 minutes to boot up. Once the windows screen came up, I started hearing a constant beeping/grinding sound coming from the speaker. It stopped after about 45 seconds.

What is wrong with this thing? It was purchased new in spring of 2018.

does it have a hdd? sound like it failing

I was just using it and started hearing beeps coming from the speaker while I was trying to open a webpage.

Could be the fan too. overheat might make it beep

It has an internal hard drive if that’s what you mean.
