Lenovo IdeaCentre 300 with amd a8 or same but with i5 at £120 extra

Wondered if a Lenovo with 8GB, 1TB, 23"screen and Intel Core i5 was worth £120 more than same pc but with AMD A8-7410.

Everyday is touching up photo's, emails, looking up things of interest, Using Word yes but not Excel. MY reason for asking is I have an old laptop with an i3 3GB and did not want to go backwards.
